How long does shipping take?

Orders ship from our US warehouses and typically arrive in 2 to 7 business days. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Do you sell cigars or tobacco?

No. Torch & Cedar sells accessories only: humidors, lighters, cutters, ashtrays, humidity control, and lounge gear. We do not sell cigars, tobacco, nicotine, or vape products.

Why did my lighter arrive empty?

Federal shipping rules do not allow lighters to travel with fuel inside. Your torch lighter ships empty and travels by ground only, which is why it cannot go by air. Fill it with any standard butane canister before first use and you are good to go.

What is your return policy?

Unused products in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Email support@torchandcedar.com with your order number and we will take care of you.

Where do you ship from?

All orders ship from warehouses in the United States. We do not dropship from overseas, so you get US delivery times and US-based support.

How do I care for my humidor?

Season it before first use, add a humidity pack, and keep it out of direct sunlight. A quick setup guide ships with every humidor kit.
